Daniel Asher Francis is a director and co-owner of Neovian Group Ltd, the buy-and-build platform acquiring compliance-led fire and security services firms across England. A classically trained actor best known as Lord Marcus Anderson in Netflix's Bridgerton, he also brings entrepreneurial experience from the founding team of Hedera Hashgraph. He partners with Carl Lowe on long-term ownership that protects teams and contracted customer books.

Carl John Lowe is a director and co-owner of Neovian Group Ltd, the England-focused buy-and-build platform acquiring compliance-led fire and security services firms. He is also founder and Managing Director of CloudFusion Technologies Ltd, the Alderley Edge technology partner for IT, telecoms, connectivity and business mobile, and Managing Director of Digital Signage Systems Ltd. Across more than two decades in UK telecoms and IT, he progressed from customer service into sales leadership and Managing Director roles, then founded Cloudsource Technologies in 2014, grew it into a cloud and managed-service business, and completed bolt-on acquisitions including XNet Technology. After advising SMEs on cloud technology, he built CloudFusion as a multi-service MSP. Alongside Daniel Francis, he brings operator discipline to Neovian's acquisitions: recurring revenue, teams that stay, and ownership that protects contracted customer books.
